The project leader couldn’t have been more helpful at explaining what is for me a highly technical new way to beat my home. His quote was the best I’d had from other companies and I signed up on the recommendation of my neighbour who had suggested them. The day of the installation John the PL arrived first and set to preparing for his team to begin when they arrived a short while afterwards. All the installation lads were polite professional and proficient and set to at a good pace. The total installation took around six hours
And John then stayed behind to take me through the ropes on getting the max from my new system and while my head was slowly getting round new descriptions and wording he gave me enough to keep me in control till I get a more in depth feel for the system. I’m not technically gifted at all but I managed to grasp much more than I thought I would. I am 83 so grew up with a coal fire and black range stove and still rail a bit at how complicated life can be today. Just hope the smart meter is as competent as the solar system is.

The final installation was completed today with the minimum fuss or interruption,mainly due to John,the project manager who was very informative and professionlal but the whole team worked nonstop from arrival to finish.I was most impressed with the whole procedure,

From the initial doorstep introduction to the presentatation of the product two days later and then the site survey carried out,I was impressed by the professionalism of all the persons involved and look forward the the completion of the work proposed.
